The little Brown Scapular Apostolate, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was formed to re-introduce and to spread the devotion of the Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel to parishes in the Diocese of Paterson, NJ. The renewal of this little apostolate is being done with the approval and blessing of Bishop Emeritus Arthur Serratelli. Since the apostolate started in 2016, thousands of scapulars have been donated to many parishes within the Diocese. Presentations were also given to Catholic schools and Faith Formation classes teaching about the Brown Scapular and the Rosary Prayer.
