Our Lady of the Lake Parish
I gave two presentations to the Family Faith Formation classes teaching about the meaning, benefits and promises received when wearing the Brown Scapular. I also spoke about three of the many miracles attributed to the Brown Scapular while emphasizing that these miracles happened because of their deep faith in the Blessed Mother and Jesus. I also addressed the Holy Rosary and quoted Sister Lucia (one of the Fatima visionaries) “The Brown Scapular and the Holy Rosary are inseparable.” Everyone received a Brown Scapular and many of my coloring books were purchased.
