There was a very holy Carmelite priest named Simon Stock. Simon was given a beautiful gift called the Brown Scapular. This gift was given to him from the Blessed Virgin Mary as a sign of the great love she has for all her children. This book will teach children about the Brown Scapular and the benefits received by wearing it. Many miracles are attached to the Brown Scapular because people had deep faith and love for God and the Blessed Virgin Mary. In addition, children will have fun coloring the rosary beads while learning the Rosary Prayer.

This book is an educational tool for parishes, catechist teachers, Catholic schools, and families to help children in their spiritual growth. It is very easy to read and is suited for first through fourth grades.

Each child-size Brown Scapular comes with a Rosary, a rosary guide (including the promises of the Rosary), an explanation of the value and meaning of the scapular, and information on the Five First Saturday devotion and its associated promise.
